The Body is the First Consciousness
Before thought, before language, before definition, there was already knowing.
A quiet knowing of muscle, of bone, of breath. The body remembers everything. It remembers touch, warmth, rhythm. It remembers itself through movement, through breathing, through inner listening. It has its own language, a language of pulses and sensations, a language of light awakening on the skin.Through the body, time becomes circular, space becomes soft, and consciousness opens. The body is a subtle map, holding within it a light that reflects all that already exists. It brings us home to this moment, to this breath, to what has forgotten how to be felt right now.Within this moment, there is a simple possibility to be.To be seen. To be present. To be in the body.
