I love it, when the Beautiful contains a bit of Spontaneous! Maybe that is the reason, why most breathtaking stories are spontaneous ones.Like the story of how, thanks to my good friend, a talented cameraman Tim Slovin I became, quite unexpectedly, a beginner TV host, a TV program character, met a famous Israeli blogger Benny Harnik and finally understood that a bald man and a donut fit perfectly into one frame. On the way, we celebrated Hanukkah too!For my subscribers outside of Israel: Hanukkah - is one of the main holidays in our country, it symbolizes the purification and blessing of the Temple. The legend says, that when Judas Maccabeus and his people set the Temple free - they could not find pure ritual oil, that was needed to light the menorah and bless the Temple. After continuous search they found one small jug with oil, but the oil they had, would be sufficient for only a day. Nevertheless, the Maccabees still decided to light the menorah, because the Temple HAD to be consecrated and then a miracle happened: the oil kept burning for eight days sharp - exactly the time needed to produce the new oil for menorah. To commemorate that wonder Hanukkah is celebrated for eight days.As for donuts - they symbolize our exit from the bitterness of our world to spiritual sweetness. Dolce vita!
